We accept returns only for defective or damaged products. If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, has a manufacturing defect, is expired, or is significantly different from what was ordered, you are eligible for a return.

Eligible for Return

  • Damaged in transit: Products that arrived broken, crushed, or visibly damaged during shipping
  • Manufacturing defect: Products with factory defects that make them unusable
  • Expired products: Products received past their expiry date
  • Wrong product: If you received a completely different product than what you ordered
  • Leaking or tampered packaging: Medicines or supplements with compromised seals

Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

โŒ Products that are not defective or damaged (change of mind)

โŒ Opened pet food, treats, or supplements (hygiene reasons)

โŒ Prescription medicines once dispensed

โŒ Grooming tools or accessories that have been used

โŒ Products without original packaging, labels, or tags

โŒ Customized or personalized products

โŒ Products purchased on clearance or marked as "final sale"

๐Ÿ”„ Exchange Policy

We gladly accept exchanges for eligible products. If you'd like a different size, variant, or flavour of the same product, we'll arrange the exchange at no extra cost (subject to availability and price difference).

Exchange Eligibility

  • Product must be unused and unopened in its original packaging
  • Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must have all original tags, seals, and labels intact
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability
  • If the exchanged product costs more, you'll be asked to pay the difference
  • If the exchanged product costs less, the balance will be refunded to your original payment method

๐Ÿ“ How to Request a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

Report the Issue

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91-7980359838 or email contact@petparivaar.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue.

Share Photos/Videos

Send clear photos or a short video showing the defect, damage, or wrong product. Include photos of the packaging and shipping label.

Await Confirmation

Our team will review your request within 24 hours and confirm whether the return/exchange is approved. We'll provide you with next steps.

Ship the Product Back

Once approved, pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it back. We'll arrange pickup or provide a return shipping address. Return shipping is free for defective products.

Receive Refund or Replacement

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll process your refund or ship the replacement within 5โ€“7 business days.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Refund Policy

Refunds are issued for approved returns of defective products only.

Refund Timeline

  • UPI / Google Pay / PhonePe: Refund within 2โ€“3 business days
  • Credit / Debit Card: Refund within 5โ€“7 business days
  • Net Banking: Refund within 5โ€“7 business days
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund to your bank account or as store credit within 7โ€“10 business days
  • Partial COD: Online portion refunded to original payment method; COD portion refunded to bank account

โš ๏ธ Important: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong product shipped, defective product, etc.). Original delivery charges will be refunded for defective product returns.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase. For COD orders, you may choose between:

  • Bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to your bank account
  • Store credit for future purchases at Pet Parivaar

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped.

  • Before shipping: Full refund will be processed within 3โ€“5 business days
  • After shipping but before delivery: You may refuse delivery. Refund will be processed after we receive the returned package (minus any applicable return shipping charges)
  • After delivery: Cancellation is not possible. Please refer to our return or exchange policy above

๐Ÿ’ก Quick Cancel: To cancel quickly, reach us on WhatsApp at +91-7980359838 with your order number. The sooner you contact us, the better the chances of cancellation before dispatch.

๐Ÿšš Shipping for Returns

  • Defective products: Return shipping is FREE โ€” we'll arrange a pickup or reimburse shipping costs
  • Exchanges (non-defective): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed
  • This policy applies to orders delivered within India only
  • Products must be returned from the same delivery address

  • Pet Parivaar reserves the right to reject a return or exchange if the product does not meet the conditions stated above
  • Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted
  • We recommend taking an unboxing video of your deliveries as evidence in case of any damage or defect claims
  • For perishable products (fresh food, refrigerated items), claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
  • Pet Parivaar may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be effective once published on this page
  • In case of dispute, the decision of Pet Parivaar shall be final and binding
